Staff was great. Rooms very large. Great restaurant and bar and location is easy to get anywhere around town.
Easy access to everything
Restaurant closes too early and no room service
Very conveniently located in the heart of Tralee. Staff very friendly, clean comfortable rooms well recommended
Informal and functional; good value
Friendly staff, good clean reasonably priced accommodation, handy for public transport (taxis, trains), well located for eating and drinking
No complaints at all
The triple room had four beds and was comfortable. Don,t stay over weekends unless you are in the mood for the downstairs night club.
excellent ,central location ..value for money ..
parking saturday night as nightclub on ..
Location was perfect, staff very helpful and a friendly atmosphere.
The bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel and hear the springs with each turn. Resulting is a fairly sleepless night.
Staff - the staff were all pleasant - no sign of managerial types though ...
Noise - the hotel noise/music, dining room and disco were very loud. We had booked 2 adults + 1 child and it was not suitable for this. Breakfast - this was a disaster - it was in what appeared to be a night- club; there were no clean tables (others breakfast hadn't been cleared) ; there were no staff (though when they did appear they were pleasant)'; when I went to get food, after borrowing a plate from an uncleared table, there were no utensils for choosing the food, no way of ordering eggs, for example; my husband ordered a coffee for me, and it arrived a little whilte later in a cheap white mug ... I swallowed for the caffeine, and we ran out of the place ....
Welcoming staff, comfortable room, excellent value
Lack of car parking space
Central town location
There was a nightclub until 2.30 am on Saturday, this was the day we arrived and the noise interupted our sleep. We were not told of this until we arrived. The bathroom was missing plugs for both the bath and hand basin which were replaced on request. We left the hotel for a day out after breakfast and returned about 9 pm to find our room had not been cleaned and consequently had to change rooms. In the morning we were offered a continental breakfast as the cooker had broken down but we were sent to another local hotel for a cooked brakfast
The welcome I got when I went in was very pleasant and efficient, the room was very clean, the bar was great and food was very nice boith evening meal and breakfast, would stay there again,
Hotel staff very friendly. Lights didn't work in our room so were moved to another room with no fuss.
Walls are a little thin - lady next door had TV up so loud it was impossible to sleep! Not the hotel's fault though.
This hotel is on the side of the street with little or no parking. There is public parking a little bit away at a cost. We spent two nights there and that was sufficient. Lots of noise on the first night by other guests and the second night there was a night club , so hard to get a good nights sleep. There are plenty of other hotels on the outskirts which would probably be better particularly for families.. l don't think we would be returning to Benners.
Great location, comfortable beds, good size family rooms.
Wasn't the best cleanliness, when my baby toy fell behind luggage rac I pulled it out and saw huge amount of dust and someone else's underwear. However staff in general was very helpful, the girl who cleaned the room and receptionist. I wouldn't return to this 3 star hotel as I felt like I am staying in BnB.Maybe because I work in 5 star hotel the difference was huge.
